Shipping Policy
Free local delivery or pickup available. Northern California delivery is available for an added delivery fee. Standard shipping is available for $15 per order. Please allow 7-10 business day for shipping, as we handle all orders in house and one person to fulfill all orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy
A refund or replacement may be available for any items not received or items received in poor condition, subject to the extent of damage. If you have any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of missed delivery or receipt of damaged delivery with photos of the damaged/poorly received item, packaging, and labeling on plant or cutting. We will assess, and work to find the best possible solution.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, therefore only the purchase costs will be refunded. If you request the option of replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new package.
We do not have control once shipment reaches the customer, and the 48 hour contact period for damaged/poor condition has lapsed.
